Mastering Your Acting Skills — From Concept to Craft

What This Workshop Is

This is a live, in-person weekend intensive focused on turning core acting concepts into practical, usable tools.

Rather than discussing ideas intellectually, participants will work directly with these principles through guided exercises and scene work, learning how to apply them truthfully and effectively in performance.

This is not a lecture-based course.

This is hands-on acting work.

What You Will Work On

During the weekend, you will actively explore and apply:

  • Objective and Super Objective

  • Obstacles and Playing the Action

  • Given Circumstances

  • Beats and the Moment Before

  • Inner Monologue

  • Listening and truthful behavior

  • Emotional recall (affective memory), imagination, and personalization

  • Physicalization and tempo–rhythm

All work is grounded in practical application, not theory alone.
